SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it. 

 

• Standard shipping: $9.99 flat rate (5-7 business days)

• 2-Day expedited shipping: $24.99 (2 business days)

• Standard overnight shipping: $39.99 (next day) 

 

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please send us an inquiry HERE.

 

Order Shipment

We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of the United States, please send us an inquiry.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. We offer expedited shipping options. ​

Returns

We DO NOT accept any returns at the moment.

 

Lost Orders 

​

Glossip Girl Cosmetics is not liable for any  packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of tracking number. If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.

 

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
